Sell with Passion was transformational for my team at all levels . As a collective, we became better people, better sellers and better servers to or customers. The program allowed us to better understand ourselves, each other, and customer needs. Learning to speak and communicate to decision makers in the manner in which they most relate impacted our ability to move the relationship, and the sale forward (while securing the ongoing probability for retention and referrals). We even tracked the financial impact over a 6-month period and calculated those sales and saves we made as a result of our “Sell With Passion” knowledge (sales that we felt we would not have made otherwise without the support and knowledge of this program). Alaina Love and her team found the unique gifts of each seller on the team, and brought them forward – while identifying those things previously derailing some of our brightest talent. She then helped morph those challenges so the seller’s assets were fully maximized and liabilities in sales process were minimized. In this very selfish world we live in, there is something that really sets the selfless apart and that is the understanding of passion. When you really understand yourself and dedicate a portion of your life to service, the sun really does shine! There are two parts of our body that we must fully understand, the sensual (whats on the outside) and our soul (whats on the inside). The outside is fairly easy to learn. The inside is much different. PLC’s passion profiler helps unlock the inner by providing a scientific glimpse inside yourself. Anyone wanting to become a better person should explore this work.
