Leveraging Purpose and Passion in the Workplace
This is our flagship workshop and a perfect way to begin introducing the power of purpose and passion to your organization. In this one-day program, participants explore the application of passion knowledge across three dimensions: personal, team and organization, while strengthening teamwork and team culture.
Through this workshop participants discover:
- Their unique passion archetypes, including the associated passion strengths and vulnerabilities that must be mastered in order to deliver great results
- The passion archetypes of team members, and how to leverage the team’s passion composition to work together effectively
- How to apply passion knowledge to set and execute strategies, solve problems and achieve goals
The focus of the afternoon is a real-time critical business issue specific to the client organization. The team is guided to work together to develop a strategic action plan framework that identifies the key skills and passions required to address the business issue. Clients have successfully implemented a variety of action plans developed during the program. Some example strategic issues teams have worked on during the program included topics such as: changes in product development requirements; cultural integration following large-scale change initiatives; business process redesign projects; and customer retention programs.
To embed the workshop learning and provide a holistic roadmap for ongoing development, participants create a Passion Linked Action Plan, which details specific steps they will take to apply workshop insights to achieve ongoing objectives, both professional and personal.

Sell With Passion
Sell with Passion is a transformational process designed to enhance the “energy” and “substance” of conversations with customers, leading to measurable sales results.
This is a groundbreaking approach that significantly increases the quality of the conversation between sales professionals and their customers by enhancing the self-awareness of sales professionals and the authenticity with which they engage with their customers.
